Online purchase process
The validation of an order on oursite Web implies knowledge and acceptance of the Purchase
Conditions as expressed in this document.
After making the purchase, the Customer will receive an email with the registration of their order
within a period of less than 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam inbox or your server’s
policy for blacklist emails.
The prices shown on our website always include 21% vat in Spain.

Due to the nature of the Blockchain, records can take several minutes to confirm. If for any reason
your registration in Blockchain fails, contact us at orders@myideaismine.com informing us of the
title of the failed transaction so that we proceed to make a refund of the credit used as soon as
possible.

Withdrawal
The client has up to 14 calendar days to desist from any purchase of credits made onthis Website.
After more than 14 days from your purchase there is no possibility of withdrawal, and you must

request a refund.
To request withdrawal, send us an e-mail to orders@myideaismine.com informing us of your
name, identification document number used in the registration process, Customer name and
order number. We will process you as soon as possible andwe will urge you to refund the amount
paid within 14 calendar days using the same means of payment used by you for the initial
transaction and deducting the respective amount of credits from your account.

Reimbursement
In accordance with current regulations, customers have up to 30 calendar days to request a refund
of their credit purchases. More than 30 days after purchase or if part of the credits of the
purchased pack have been consumed, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of any kind
(neither total nor partial).
To request a refund of the credits purchased, send us an e-mail to orders@myideaismine.com
informing us of your name, identification document number used in the registration process,
Customer name and order number. We will process it as soon as possible and proceed to refund
you the entire amount paid within 14 calendar days using the same means of payment used by
you for the initial transaction and deducting the respective amount of credits from your account.
Credits given away in any process, promotion or offer of our Website are not refundable in any
way.

NFTs Purchase Conditions
NFTs have a maximum run of 1,000 units per NFT.
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to provide during the purchase process the address of
a wallet address, to which the Customer has access and which is compatible with the Polygon
Blockchain network, to which the NFTs will be sent to the Customer.
The Client is solely responsible for the additional costs linked to the sending that the Client makes
of the NFTs from its wallet to third parties, costs linked to the listing for the sale of the NFTs,
registration costs on NFT platforms and any other costs related to transactions of the NFTs on
the Blockchain.
The Client is solely responsible for the subsequent registration of the NFTs on NFT platforms,
which undertakes to register only works of its authorship or, failing that, of those that it possesses
the appropriate permits.
The images used for the preview of the NFTs must be free of copyright or be authored by the Client
or have the permission of its author to use it.
